Bananas have a higher GI than a candy bar, but which one should you eat?
There has been a lot of buzz about the Glycemic Index (GI) of foods, and how you should avoid those foods that score high on the Glycemic Index.
But can a banana, which scores higher on the GI than a Snickers bar, really be bad for you?
